FEATURED PROJECT

Andrew’s Bathrooms

As the entire house was being remodeld, the budget ran the project and creativity was key in selecting materials that would offer the clean elegant look we wanted but also not break the bank.

Our Soutions

For the Hall Bath that was near the kitchen and living room I wanted the design to be elegant since it would be the main bathroom for company and the family. We had to have a custom cabinet made for the space so we went with a shaker door like the kitchen but in maple with a slate finish. The countertop was a remnant piece of granite I found and we went with brushed nickel hardware for faucet and cabinetry so as to keep it easy to keep clean. The floor is a taupe porcelain tile that kept the tones calm yet also hid scuff marks that was also ran into the shower but we added a smaller format of the same stone for a decorative accent.

We kept the cabinetry choice the same for the Master Bathroom of maple with slate finish and again I found a gorgeous remnant of a Calacatta Marble with rich grey streaks in it for drama and elegance. The tile shower pulled more of the warm slate grey and was finished with a cream and grey pebble stone to tie in all the colors.

The downstairs bathroom was done very simply with a white shaker style vanity with with a Carrara Marble countertop, a long white subway tile in the shower paired with a pale grey stone floor.
